We started looking for house back in December, 2020. We were looking for viable options with priority on location and value for money. I came to know about DASCO Royal Valley from Google Maps, while doing a random search for upcoming villas. Initial interactions were with Rajesh and Mahesh . We were pleasantly surprised on how accommodating and considerate they were with us and our requirements. They always maintained a good communication channel with us, providing us regular updates. We selected DASCO because of the close proximity to Pothencode junction, without being too crowded. The villa designs and plans were also attractive as well. All procedures were very transparent. The construction has been done using best practices and with no compromise in the quality factor. For any prospective home buyers, we would recommend that you explore this project as this has lot of positive factors for it and has the potential to be one of the best communities in this region.

For last 2 years I have been looking around Kazhakkoottam area for a residential house. Then from an office friend I came to know about Dasco Royal Valley Villa project.
