For last 2 years I have been looking around Kazhakkoottam area for a residential house. Then from an office friend I came to know about Dasco Royal Valley Villa project. The first thing that had my attention was the location of the project. It's within walking distance from the busy Pothencode junction, yet the villa location is very calm and serene. Kinfra and Techno Park being nearby with school amenities and Gated community, this project perfectly matched to what I was looking for.
The main highlight is also the welcoming nature and professionalism shown by Rajesh and Mahesh that my friend also vouched for. They were very cordial and always available to discuss/clarify requirements or doubts we had and explained how they came up with the best feasible solution. They were flexible and patient enough to make multiple rounds of adjustments in plan based on our Vaastu requirements.
Mahesh and Rajesh have been able to take me into confidence on how they are not compromising on the quality and at the same time providing the options that suit my budget as well.
I would highly recommend Dasco project based on the experience that I had so far.
